Welcome to Room Zed Tech. By accessing or purchasing from our website, social media pages, or any of our online platforms, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Room Zed Tech is an online electronics store operating in Kigali, Rwanda.
We sell electronics including, but not limited to:

Accessories
Smartwatches
Earbuds
Chargers and consumer electronics

We operate from Kigali, offering delivery services within Kigali and across Rwanda.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from Room Zed Tech, you confirm that:

You have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions
You are at least 18 years old or purchasing with parental/guardian consent
You provide accurate and complete information when ordering

3. Products & Availability

All products listed are subject to availability.
Some items may have limited stock.
Product images may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.
Technical specifications are based on manufacturer data.

We do not guarantee that descriptions or specifications are error-free, but we aim for 100% accuracy.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Rwandan Francs (RWF).
Prices may change at any time without notice.
Promo prices or discounts apply only within the stated period.
Delivery fees are not included unless explicitly mentioned.

Room Zed Tech is not responsible for price changes caused by suppliers or currency fluctuations.

5. Orders & Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

Mobile Money (MTN/Airtel)
Paystack (Card, Mobile Money, etc.)
Bank Cards
Cash on Delivery (COD) in Kigali

❗ Important:

Orders are confirmed only after payment (except COD).
COD is available only in selected locations in Kigali.
Fake orders or fraudulent transactions will be reported.

6. Delivery & Shipping

Kigali

Delivery time: 1–3 hours depending on location.
Fee: RWF 2000

Outside Kigali

Delivery time: 1–3 days, depending on courier.
Fee depends on district and courier service used.

We will contact you by phone or WhatsApp before dispatching your order.

Room Zed Tech is not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers, weather, or customer unavailability.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

7.1 Return Eligibility

A product may be returned if:

It is defective on arrival
You received the wrong item
It is still in original packaging, unused

7.2 Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 72 hours (3 days) after delivery.

7.3 Non-Returnable Items

Used items
Items damaged by the customer
Software-activated phones (after login)
Items with removed seals or broken packaging

7.4 Refund Process

If approved:

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
Refund method: Mobile Money or bank transfer.

8. Warranty

Most electronics include a manufacturer’s warranty (varies per product).
Warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects
Hardware issues (not caused by misuse)

Warranty does not cover:

Water damage
Screen cracks
Accidental damage
Unauthorized repairs

Room Zed Tech assists with warranty claims but does not guarantee manufacturer approval.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

Provide accurate delivery information
Inspect items upon delivery
Keep receipts or proof of purchase
Handle products according to instructions

10. Limitation of Liability

Room Zed Tech is not responsible for:

Loss of data from electronic devices
Software issues after customer login
Damage caused by misuse, dropping, or liquid exposure
Delays caused by external delivery providers

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect only the information needed to process your order:

Name
Phone number
Address
Email
Payment confirmation details

We do not share, sell, or misuse your personal data.

12. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
Once dispatched, cancellation may incur delivery fees.

13. Changes to Terms

Room Zed Tech may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updates will be posted on our website or social media pages.
