Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 72 hours of delivery only if:

• The product is defective on arrival

• You received the wrong item

Conditions

• Product must be unused

• Original packaging must be intact

• All accessories must be included

Non-Returnable Items

• Used products

• Products damaged after delivery

• Phones activated or logged into

• Items with broken seals

Refund Process

• Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days

• Refunds are issued via Mobile Money or agreed payment method

• Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours
